3 Pillars of Body Rewilding Practice

  • STRUCTURE

  • PLAY‍ ‍

  • EMBODIED INNER SELVES

Body Rewilding is a multifaceted movement framework:

  • structure & biomechanics (stability, strength, muscle use)

  • suppleness & range of motion (mobility, flexibility)

  • imprints of stress & emotional patterning (nervous system tuning)

  • habitual presence or absence of inner selves in the psyche (embodied archetypes)

What happens when we…

  • get sophisticated training in body structure and biomechanics

  • increase our somatic vocabulary through diversification and embodied playfulness

  • and also dive into working the patterning in our nervous system and our psyche, and the deeply held imprints and stories from our past ?

What we get is…

  • real, lasting results — better posture, alignment and movement

  • a true renewal, free from old expired habits and patterns that kept us bound to the past

  • a restoration of our original design, a blossoming of our potential, the emergence of an underlying integrity
