Body Rewilding, an original movement method created by Ruthie Fraser, is a synthesis of Yoga, Structural Integration wisdom, functional movement, and somatic exploration. In this class we will find the resources of the ground and gravity, inhabit nourishing movement pathways, revive easeful movement coordination, unbind ourselves from habitual patterning, and cultivate a fertile neutral state in which the body is resilient, available, mobile, stable, and alive. We will explore and embody the physical expression of various archetypes within us, working and playing towards true wholeness and agency.
